Roots in Wall Street, Experience from Coast-to-Coast
Mr. Gary Pryor began his financial career on Wall Street, where he specialized in
corporate-level transactions. He cut his teeth at Merrill Lynch International and the Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York (JP Morgan). Later, he formed a corporate finance firm in New York, assisting middle-market companies with mergers, acquisitions and capital strategies.
Pryor also has extensive leadership experience in the food industry. While in Arizona, he spent a considerable portion of his career developing and managing programs for Circle K food stores. In fact, the name Gary Pryor is well regarded throughout food circles as one of the founders of the Home Meal Replacement industry. He is responsible for the acquisition and sale of several food-related businesses, USDA-certified food manufacturing companies, and restaurants across the United States.
Later, Mr. Pryor joined California-based investment banking firm, Hunter Wise Financial Group. Here, he led the U.S. acquisition of Smith & Wesson.
Today, Gary Pryor specializes in consolidation strategy and works closely with merchants to deliver better and more efficient sources of revenue. He serves as chairman and CEO of Lendaily, and is involved in the day-to-day oversight of the company. When not in the office or on his mobile device, you can find him hiking, skiing, golfing or traveling.
